“The player is working fine and I've noticed a real improvement on the displayed picture (3m wide 16/9 AR screen with Sony VPH-G90U 9" CRT projector). The displayed image is now completely free of pixel jitter between lines. This is really visible on the edge of high contrast objects (women hairs, ...) as the picture is now really sharp with vivid colors. I will do some tests on the audio side as well (with my Yamaha DSP-Z11 flagship 11.2 amplifier) but this looks very promising.”

Modified BDP-93EU Options

We have two versions of the player available, the OPPO BDP-93EU HDMI Reference and OPPO BDP-93EU HDMI Signature. Both versions of the player offer a significant step-up in performance compared to the stock player.

Reference & Signature players focus primarily on upgrading HDMI & digital output, although the nature of the upgrades also improves the 7.1-channel audio outputs.
